  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in Exeter, but have no Parsonage or Vicarage House, nor any Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: Yes, St Petrock's, in Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No where, but at my own Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lord's Day {at St Petrocks}, with a Sermon in the morning at St Petrock's, where the Inhabitants of St Kerrians attend.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administer'd to the Inhabitants of St Kerrians, at St Petrock's monthly.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

  7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel are in proper Repair.

  8. Glebe terrier: No Glebe Lands, or Houses &c.

  9. Number of families: Thirty eight.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists, or Meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A public Charity School for ye City at large. No Hospital, or Alms houses.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements Left &c: except one House, used for a public Charity School, & duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priest's orders bear Date September 23d 1744.
    My Sequestration bears Date March 6th 1756.
